To every Kwoon, it's own Master and to every Master, their own way.

· Sparring, meditation and healing massage are just a few of the more popular aspects of the curriculum.
· Learn traditional style forms from the first ever holders of BSMAP hard and soft forms grand championship.

· Instruction and training is open to all over the age of 5 years with separate classes for 5 - 10s.
